I still have not received the item so it’s hard to review it!!! I have emailed three times with no response. The website says it will ship in 24 to 48 hours. I ordered it on the 25th and today is the November 2. A pre shipping label was printed on the 26th but it hasn’t been shipped yet.

This cute, cute bag is the perfect size for a weekend trip. The only thing missing is a shoulder strap.
The customer service I received from this store was incredible! I ordered the bag and then found out it wasn’t going to be here in time for the weekend trip we had planned. I reached out to the seller and she overnighted me a bag so I had it in time and gave me a prepaid return label to return the one that came later. Thanks so much! I’ll definitely shop here again.
